Burgettstown Man Killed In Motorcycle Accident

WASHINGTON COUNTY (KDKA) -- A man from Burgettstown died after a motorcycle accident Friday evening.

The Washington County coroner's office says that 52-year-old Ronald W. Woods, of Burgettstown, was pronounced dead at the scene at 7:10 p.m.

According to the coroner's report, around 5:45 p.m., Woods was driving along US-22, approaching the US-18 South exit ramp, when he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed his bike into a guardrail. Woods then fell off or was thrown from his motorcycle.
