Bubble Vandals Strike Again In Mt. Lebanon

MT. LEBANON (KDKA)- Vandals, who enjoy big bubbles, have struck again in Mt. Lebanon.

The fountain at the intersection of Washington Road and Alfred Street was overflowing with bubbles around 5 a.m. Tuesday.

It was the same scene back on the morning of July 9, as bubbles overflowed from the fountain.

The bubbles aren't damaging anything, and no one has been hurt.

Police aren't sure who the bubble vandals are.
