Bomb Squad Called To Beaver Co. Home, ATF Investigating

ALIQUIPPA (KDKA) – The Allegheny bomb Squad was called to a home in Beaver County Tuesday afternoon.

They've been at a home along Route 151 in Independence Township, near Aliquippa since around 11 a.m.

Authorities have been seen packing up boxes and taking them out of the house.

An ATF official did speak about the incident, but didn't reveal much.

"On today's date, the ATF is conducting and investigative action," said Special Agent Joe Price. "At no time was there any danger to the public. There have been no arrests made, it's currently just an investigative action."

Emergency dispatchers say local police departments have cleared the scene.

The owner of the home hasn't been seen.
