Bob Walk Pins Recent Voice Trouble On Something He Ate In Chicago
PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) – Pirates broadcaster Bob Walk joined "The Fan Morning Show" in his regular weekly spot Wednesday after having some noticeable difficulties speaking during his broadcasts over the past few days.
Walk offered an explanation for what's been going on lately.
"Let's just say I swallowed something in Chicago that didn't agree with my throat and hurt," Walk said. "It was like a little sharp something that, I don't know, nipped something or whatever. But anyway, it was really bad for a couple days, but it's been better every morning, so I'm hoping for the best. Couple days, I'll be fine."
Walk joins "The Fan Morning Show" Wednesdays at 8:40 a.m.
