Blue Jackets Make 42 Saves In Shutout Of Penguins

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) Sergei Bobrovsky and Oscar Dansk combined to make 42 saves, and the Columbus Blue Jackets topped the Pittsburgh Penguins 2-0 in a preseason game on Tuesday night.

Bobrovsky played the first two periods and finished with 30 saves. Dansk made 12 in relief.

Michael Chaput and Cam Atkinson both had a goal and assist for Columbus (3-0). Chaput stuffed in a loose puck late in the second period after Atkinson drove the net and put a shot off the right post.
Atkinson scored into an empty net.

Pittsburgh (0-2) again played without stars Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin. Thomas Greiss went the distance and made 26 saves.
