Beech Nut Nutrition Recalls 2,000 Pounds Of Baby Food

Beech Nut Nutrition is recalling nearly 2,000 pounds of baby food products because they may contain small pieces of glass.

The recall affects 4-ounce glass jars containing "Stage 2 Beech Nut Classics Sweet Potato and Chicken."

The jars expire in December of 2016.

So far, one person has gotten hurt.
