1 Taken Into Custody After Beaver Co. House Fire

HARMONY TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- One person was taken into custody after a house fire in Beaver County on Saturday.

The blaze started around 8 p.m. at a home on Wilson Avenue near 4th Street on the border of Ambridge and Harmony Township.

Five departments responded to the fire.

A neighbor says he saw flames shooting out of a second-floor window. Smoke could be seen pouring from the attic of the home.

According to the neighbor, a younger man and his uncle lived in the home. One person was in the house when the fire broke out.

No one was hurt.

A male was taken into custody in connection to the fire.
