Armed Men Hold Up Business In East Liberty

EAST LIBERTY (KDKA) --- Pittsburgh police are searching for two armed robbers who held up a business in East Liberty Monday night.

It happened shortly before 7 p.m. at TNT Fashions on Penn Avenue. Investigators say two actors entered the store, both armed with a gun.

One of the suspects forced a clerk to the ground, while the other forced another clerk to open the cash register.

The robbers got away with an unknown amount of cash.

They are described as males of unknown race, standing approximately 6 feet tall. Both were wearing hooded sweatshirts that were zipped up to hide their faces.
