Local Frost Advisory In Effect Early Sunday Morning

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- The National Weather Service warns that a frost advisory will be in effect in the area early Sunday morning.

An advisory has been issued in Allegheny, Beaver, Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties. Temperatures are expected to reach lows of 33 to 36 degrees between 2 a.m. and 9 a.m. Sunday. Sensitive outdoor plants could be damaged.

The cold weather shouldn't stick around all day, however. The high for the day could reach 68 degrees, and Monday is expected to be even warmer, with a high of 80 degrees.
