Apple Offering Battery Replacement On Some iPhone 5 Models

If you have an iPhone 5, you may have noticed the battery

isn't lasting as long as you'd like it to.

Apple says a very small percentage of iPhone 5 smartphones may suddenly have a shorter battery life.

The affected phones

were sold between September 2012 and January 2013, and only have certain serial numbers.

The company is offering a free replacement.
