Annual Ligonier Ice Festival Welcomes Socially-Distant Crowds

LIGONIER (KDKA) -- The pandemic didn't stop the annual ice festival in Ligonier this past weekend.
The event did take safety measures.
Organizers spread out the 84 ice sculptures as horse-drawn sleighs carried visitors around town.
Business owners say they're happy the festival happened this year.
