Amity Man Arraigned On Child Pornography Charges
AMITY, Pa. (KDKA) -- An Amity man was arraigned on child pornography charges Thursday.
State police say the charges against 30-year-old Charles Joseph Lowden, Jr., of Amity, stem from an investigation that started more than a year ago. The incident or incidents started as early as 2013.
Further details about Lowden's charges were not available at this time.
The investigation is ongoing.
