Amber Alert Canceled, Missing 3-Year-Old Girl From Luzerne Co. Found
PITTSBURGH (KDKA/AP) -- State Police say a missing 3-year-old girl, apparently taken by her father in Nescopeck Borough, Luzerne County, has been found in New York City.
According to CBS Philadelphia, Ava Byrne was wearing only a diaper when she disappeared. An Amber Alert was issued for her.
Police said she had last been seen on Vine Street in Nescopeck Borough at 12:30 a.m. Friday.
But the alert was canceled Friday afternoon when she was found with her 24-year-old father, Robert Byrne.
