County police safely locate missing 12-year-old Yulissa Vigil

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - Allegheny County Police say they have safely located a missing 12-year-old girl.

Yulissa Vigil was reported missing on Wednesday but had not been seen since Saturday, May 21.

Late on Wednesday night, the department reported she had been found safe.
