Allegheny Co. Jail Inmate Sues Therapist For Sexual Assault

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – An inmate at the Allegheny County Jail is suing his therapist, claiming she forced him into having sex with her.

The inmate alleges that Debra Stevens, a therapist at the Renewal Center in Downtown Pittsburgh, performed sexual acts on him and forced him to have sex with her.

According to court documents, the initial sexual assault happened on Oct. 10, 2013 at the Renewal Center. It says she forced him into having sex two other times at hotels.

The inmate is also suing the Renewal Center for negligence.
