Allegheny Co. Announces Ski Pass Discount

Ski areas and resorts are trying to take advantage of the colder temperatures.

The "snow guns" are running over the slopes at Boyce Park.

More "guns" were added this year, so they can make snow more quickly.

The slopes are expected to open for the season in mid-December.

Also, Allegheny County has announced discounts on all season ski passes purchased before Dec. 1.
