McKees Rocks Shooting Injures 7-Year-Old Girl, Kills Teen

MCKEES ROCKS (KDKA) -- Two people were struck by gunfire in McKees Rocks on Friday.

It happened just before 6 p.m. at the intersection of Russellwood and Valley Streets.

Officers found an 18-year-old male and a 7-year-old female suffering from gunshot wounds.

Both victims were taken to area hospitals.

The Allegheny County medical examiner's office confirmed 18-year-old Jabree Hines, of Pittsburgh, died just before 1:30 a.m. Saturday.

There is no word on the condition of the 7-year-old girl.

Earlier Friday, a 9-year-old girl was struck by gunfire in the Hill District.
