Westmoreland County Humane Society Running Out of Space

WESTMORELAND COUNTY (KDKA)- The Humane Society of Westmoreland County says it is running out of kennel space and they need help.

Plans are in the works to build a new kennel, but so far the humane society doesn't have enough money.

They have raised $69,000 so far. But the project is expected to cost at least $250,000.
