43-Year-Old Woman Killed After Being Struck By Vehicle In Indiana County

BRUSH VALLEY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (KDKA) -- A 43-year-old woman was killed in Indiana County on Saturday after being struck by a vehicle.

Careen Jones was walking along Route 259 Highway in Brush Valley Township.

Around 10 p.m. on Saturday, she was struck by a 2012 Chevrolet Silver that was traveling southbound.

Details of the accident are being investigated by the Pennsylvania State Police.
