3 Charged In Indiana Co. Road Rage Incident

CONEMAUGH TWP. (KDKA) – Three men are facing charges stemming from a road rage incident in Indiana County Tuesday afternoon.

According to police, the incident happened on Clarksburg Road at the Conemaugh Boat Launch in Conemaugh Township around 5:15 p.m.

The suspects have been identified as Arthur McGuire, 39, Owen Kelly, 24 and Steven Aukerman, 19. All three are from Saltsburg.

They are accused of using their truck to block Clarksburg Road to confront a 21-year-old man and a 19-year-old female.

The suspects exited their vehicle, which prompted the victims to attempt to get away by driving in reverse.

While traveling in reverse, the victims struck another vehicle. However, the suspects continued to chase them for over a mile before turning off.

The suspects have all been charged with disorderly conduct.
