2 Teens Arrested For East End Armed Robberies

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Police arrested two teens accused of robbing multiple people at gunpoint in Lawrenceville late Saturday night.

Police say the teens approached two people in Arsenal Park, pointing a gun at them and demanding they empty their pockets.

The suspects, 19-year-old Dramell Robinson and 16-year-old Hassan Jackson allegedly then ran off with the victims' cell phones and money.

Police say the victims went to a nearby hospital to call 911.

Only a few minutes later, police say they got a call for an armed robbery on Gross Street, believed to be the same teens.

Later that night police found Robinson and Jackson.

Both are charged with robbery and criminal conspiracy.
