2 Injured In Port Authority Bus Crash

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Two people were injured in an accident involving a Port Authority bus Wednesday evening.

The accident happened around 7:25 p.m. on the Boulevard of the Allies and Bates Street.

According to police, an SUV was coming up Bates Street when it lost control and pushed the bus into a utility pole.

The drivers of both vehicles were injured.

They were taken to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

No passengers were on the bus at the time of the crash.
