2 Arrested After Shots Fired At Fineview Building

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Two men are facing charges after one of them was hit by a bullet during gunfire in Fineview this weekend.

The incident happened around 1:30 a.m. Saturday in the 1700-block of Belleau Drive.

The two suspects, 38-year-old Scott Cutler of Spring Garden and 40-year-old Gene Livingston of Marshall-Shadeland, are charged with reckless endangerment, as well as discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, persons not to possess a firearm and firearms not to be carried without a license.

Police say security guards working in the area told them it all started when they saw another man give Cutler a gun.

According to police, Cutler then fired several shots at a building and one of the bullets ricocheted and hit Livingston in the leg.

Cutler surrendered to police, but Livingston ran from the scene.

He was later found and arrested.

Both are being held in the Allegheny County Jail.
