1 Hospitalized After Being Rescued From Castle Shannon Fire

CASTLE SHANNON (KDKA) - One was taken to the hospital after being rescued from a fire in Castle Shannon Tuesday morning.

According to officials at the scene, the fire started in a home in the 3500 block of Rosalia Avenue around 5:30 a.m.

One person was rescued from the roof of a porch, while another person was able to get out on their own. The person rescued was taken to the hospital, but their condition is unknown.

The cause of the fire is unknown.
