PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today's APP-tastic and outta SITE - Yonder.

There are plenty of apps that give suggestions on where to go when you're in the city - but the great outdoors? That's a bit harder.

Enter Yonder, a discovery app for people who like to get out and hike - or kayak or rock climb. The app lets you share your own adventures and lets you browse through a catalog of 20,000 destinations, covering 22 different activities.
