Melissa Russo, Advanced Program Director, Roxborough YMCA was here to speak with us about what the YMCA can offer families to keep fit.

The highlight of this segment was Kettlebell Conditioning class. This class is  a 45-minute total body workout using various sizes of Kettlebells. This program blends strength, endurance and muscle toning by challenging the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic, total body movement. The moves flow together and are easy to follow.  Options are available for beginners using a smaller range of motion or a lighter kettlebell.
