World War II Veteran David Engler Celebrates His 100th Birthday In Montgomery County

WILLOW GROVE, Pa. (CBS) -- A World War II veteran in Montgomery County is celebrating his 100th birthday. Police officers and firefighters escorted David Engler to the Willow Grove VFW on Tuesday.

That's where family and friends threw Engler a big birthday party.

Engler received several citations from public officials.

He served in the Marines for 22 years.
