Police: Woman Caught Stealing Packages Off Homeowners Front Steps

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police want you to keep a look out for thieves who are stealing packages from porches this holiday season. Philadelphia Police say the woman in this photo reportedly took packages from the front steps of a home on the 1400 block of Lawrence Street.
