Witnesses Say Woman Struck Male With Vehicle Following Domestic Dispute In Del.
WILMINGTON, Del. (CBS) -- New Castle County Police are investigating a vehicle assault in the 300 block of Winston Avenue in Elmhurst, New Castle County.
Officers were called around 11:48 a.m. for a domestic dispute between a male and female, then witnesses called 911 to report the female had struck the male with a car.
Police say the woman has been take into custody and man has been transported to Christiana Hospital.
There is no word on his condition at this time.
