Winter Storm Not Enough To Stop Wedding In Center City

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A bride did not let the winter storm get in her way on Saturday.

CBS 3 Eyewitness News caught up with Christen Donovan on her wedding day this afternoon at St. John the Evangelist church.

"I'm very excited," she said.

She wasn't expecting this much snow, but:

"We're ready to go," she said, as she took her steps to the altar live on CBS 3.

The region's first major snow storm this season brought in some impressive numbers both with snow totals and wind gusts. There are also major flooding concerns in our shoreline communities.
