What Do Women Want In A Life Long Mate? Survey Says A Steady Job

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- So what do women want more than anything in a life long mate?

The answer -- for him to have a steady job.  That's according to a new survey from the Pew Research Center.

Seventy-eight percent of women who have never married say solid employment is very important to them in choosing a spouse or partner.

For never-married men, their main concern is having someone who shares their ideas about raising children.
