Police: 20-Year-Old Under House Arrest Dies After Being Shot Multiple Times

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police in West Philadelphia are trying to figure out the motive in a deadly shooting.

It happened shortly after 3 a.m. Monday along North Yewdall Street, near 54th and Market Streets.

Police say the 20-year-old victim was under house arrest and was sitting on the front porch of his home when he was shot multiple times.

Police are canvassing the neighborhood for possible witnesses.

No arrests have been made.
