Man Hospitalized, Crews Battle West Oak Lane House Fire

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia fire officials battled a fire on Friday night in the city's West Oak Lane neighborhood. A man was taken to the hospital as a result of the blaze.

The fire was reported shortly after 6:00 p.m. It took place on the 7600 block of Gilbert Street.

Officials say a man in his 60's was taken to Einstein Medical Center after suffering smoke inhalation.
