Wednesday's Child: Anthony

By Larry Kane
Produced by Timothy McLaughlin

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Anthony oozes creativity...

"Painting and sculpting. I like to sing.  I've been in the school musical once, and I play two instruments: the piano and the guitar."

He's been strumming since he was five, but the piano is a true love affair.

"I saw someone playing the piano once and they were doing a piece by Mozart, and I thought it was the most interesting thing ever.  And I wanted to learn after that."

He wants to be a therapist when he grows up.

"Because I want to help people the way I was helped. I've been through stuff, and I want to be able to help other people so they can live their life."

Even at the age of 17, he isn't giving up hope of finding a "forever" family.

"People who are understanding, and genuine people. I want people I would be able to trust," he says.
