Weather: Summer-Like Heat To Last Through End Of May

By Geoff Bansen

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Thursday will be another warm, muggy, steamy day. And the final days of May won't offer much relief.

Daytime highs will remain in low to upper 80's right through Sunday! While the next few days could see a scattered thunderstorm during the afternoon, the next real shot of rain won't come until Sunday as a stronger frontal boundary moves through, lasting into the start of next week.

The days ahead will be generally dry, but keep an eye to the sky. If you see dark clouds building, listen for thunder and be prepared to head indoors.
