Water Gushing From Fire Hydrant Floods South Philly Street

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A leaking fire hydrants has flooded a street in South Philadelphia.

It happened Tuesday morning when water rushed onto Passyunk Avenue near the I-76 overpass.

Chopper 3 was over the scene.

Traffic is still able to get by and the left turning lane has been blocked off.
