Warrington Man Arrested For Sex Assault Of 13-Year-Old Girl

NORRISTOWN, Pa. (CBS) -- A Bucks County man is under arrest and charged with sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl.
Authorities say 40-year-old Marcus Forte of Warrington began a sexual relationship with a young girl he met while he was employed at Gwynedd-Mercy Academy Elementary School in Lower Gwynedd Township.
Police say the incidents happened behind closed doors inside his office at the school and at the girl's home.
Forte is charged with institutional sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor unlawful restraint of a minor and other related offenses.
Forte was being held at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility on $500,000 bail.
A preliminary hearing is set for July 8.
