VP Joe Biden Plans Second Visit To Philly This Year

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Vice President Joe Biden will be coming to Philadelphia this week.
The VP is scheduled to make some energy-related remarks at PECO headquarters in Center City on Tuesday.
No word yet on when he will arrive or what route he will take, but it's likely that I-95 will be involved which will mean traffic delays for motorists while the VP passes through.
This will be Bidens second trip to Philadelphia this year. In January he attended the House Democrats policy retreat.
