PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A local non-profit is giving voters a good reason to head to the polls Tuesday.

The Philadelphia Citizen will hold its second ever voter lottery.

One lucky Philadelphian will be randomly selected at the polls to receive $5,000.

Crowded Philly DA Race To Highlight Pennsylvania Primary 

It's all part of an initiative to increase voter turnout for the 2017 municipal elections.

There will be a second lottery for the general election in November.
