PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Who wants a good cry?

This is 12-year old Taney Dragon, Braheim Fowler. Braheim was upset, believing his father forgot his birthday. But dad came through, surprising his son with a brand new baseball bat.

And let's just say, it was an emotional moment.
