VIDEO: Thief Steals FedEx Package From Northeast Philly Home

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are searching for the thief who was caught on tape stealing a package that was just delivered to a home in Northeast Philadelphia.

The theft happened at about 2:30 p.m. on December 1 at a home in the 1900 block of Tustin Street near Bustleton Avenue.

A surveillance camera attached to the home shows the suspects driving by the home while the FedEx driver was placing the package on the front step of the residence.

A short time later, the suspects pull up in front of the house. One of the suspects gets out of the car, casually walks up to the home, takes the package and gets back in the car.

The suspects then drive away.

It was not immediately known what was inside the package.

The suspect who stole the package is described as a white male, 30-35 years-of-age, 6'0″, with brown hair. He was wearing a dark blue jacket, blue jeans and dark-colored shoes.
