Video Shows Car Flipping Over In Northeast Philly, Damages 3 Other Vehicles

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Surveillance video shows a car flipping over after the driver hit a parked car, damaging three other vehicles early Thursday morning in the Mayfair section of Philadelphia.
This happened around 2:30 a.m. on the 4100 block of Unruh Avenue.
Police say there were two people inside the car that flipped over. The driver tried flee the scene but was caught by a neighbor. The passenger did manage to get away.
In total, four cars were damaged and the driver was eventually taken to the hospital.
One neighbor tells CBS 3 Eyewitness News the force of the car striking her car pushed her vehicle onto the curb.
The incident remains under investigation.
