Video: ATV Nearly Crashes Into Vehicle In Northeast Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – It was a near-miss for a man riding an ATV through the streets of Northeast Philadelphia.

Video shows him nearly slamming into a motorist trying to make a left turn.

The back of the ATV clips the front of the car's bumper, but the rider maintains control and continues on.

Police later tracked that rider to a building on Princeton Street in Oxford Circle and placed him under arrest.

It is illegal to operate ATVs in Philadelphia.
