Man Pleads Guilty To Vehicular Homicide For Accident That Killed Two Teens

EXTON, P.A., (CBS) -- A guilty plea in an accident that killed two teens in Exton in February was filed on Friday. Thomas Muir pleaded guilty to Homicide by Vehicle among other charges.

Police say he was driving under the influence when he slammed his pickup truck into the back of a van carrying 6 people. Authorities say four of the people were from the same family.

Two teens died as a result of the accident. Sentencing is expected on November 5th.
