2 Workers Injured After Beam Falls Onto Construction Site At Ursinus College

COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. (CBS) -- Emergency responders were called to Ursinus College on Thursday morning for a construction accident.

Officials say a beam fell onto a construction site on 5th Avenue and Main Campus Drive at the university in Collegeville.

The college says two construction workers were injured at the site on the Innovation and Discovery Center building.

They were both transported to local trauma centers.

There is no word on their conditions.
