After it was extinguished, authorities allegedly found a pile of clothing in the middle of the room that apparently had been set on fire.

Upper Darby Police tweeted asking for information on their "firebug."

A witness also told police that they saw Davis at the scene minutes before the fire was spotted.

Davis had been removed from the home in February. But authorities haven't provided further details.
