Upland Police Officer Allegedly Sent Sexually Explicit Messages To Underage Girl

UPLAND, Pa. (CBS) -- An Upland police officer is in trouble after he allegedly sent sexually explicit messages to an underage girl. Twenty-one-year-old Justin Hazelton turned himself in on Thursday.
Prosecutors say Hazelton admitted to exchanging the messages with the girl on Snapchat.
Hazelton is due back in court next month.
