Updated Eagles' Odds: Still Favored To Win NFC East
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Philadelphia Eagles are one of nine NFL teams to start the season 0-2.
However, because of a weak NFC East and key injuries to Dallas Cowboys' star players in Tony Romo and Dez Bryant, combined with the Eagles' weak strength of schedule and Chip Kelly's track record of success, their odds to have success this season have not dropped significantly.
Eagles' odds per Bovada LV:
- The Eagles are still tied with the Cowboys at 3/2 to win the NFC East.
- The Eagles are still 22/1 to win the Super Bowl, tied for ninth shortest odds with the Cincinnati Bengals.
- The Eagles are still 10/1 to win the NFC, tied for fourth shortest odds with the Dallas Cowboys.
- The Eagles are only +150 or 3/2 to make the playoffs and -180 or 5/9 to miss the playoffs.
