University Of Pennsylvania Announces Plans To Have Virtual Learning In Fall Semester

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The University of Pennsylvania announced Tuesday that students will not be allowed on campus when classes start next month. The school said today classes will be all virtual for the fall semester and there are no on-campus activities aside from a few exceptions.

The university also announced that there will be no undergraduate housing.

UPenn will offer discounts on tuition and fees because of the cuts.
