PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A stage technician on rapper Nicki Minaj's tour was fatally stabbed Wednesday morning in Philadelphia and the other is in critical condition.

Minaj herself tweeted the news. She says the two stabbing victims involved with her tour flew into town for rehearsals two days ago.

The stabbing happened outside Che Bar and Grill, reportedly after a fight involving a recently fired employee. TMZ says the man who was killed was a stagehand on Minaj's tour. Minaj tweeted that the other man, identified in her tweet only as "Eric," was recovering.

Philadelphia Police identified 29-year-old De'Von Pickett from New York as the victim who was fatally stabbed. They did not immediately release the identity of the other 27-year-old victim, but have confirmed that a fatal stabbing took place this morning at 2:35am in the 6300 block of Stenton Avenue. The address for Che Bar and Grill is listed as 6364 Stenton Ave.

The City of Philadelphia offers a $20,000 reward for the arrest and conviction of the suspect in any homicide.
